A mirror seating chart does two jobs at once. It gets a hundred-plus people to the right table without a crowd forming at the entrance — and it looks like part of your decor while doing it. Because the lettering is engraved into the glass rather than printed on paper or acrylic, it catches candlelight and reads crisply from several feet back.
Every chart is laid out around your guest list. We set the column count, spacing, and type size to fit your table names and headcount, so nothing feels cramped and no one has to squint. You approve a digital proof before anything is engraved.
Size follows your guest count. As a rough guide, up to about 80 guests reads comfortably on a 24×36″ mirror. Between 80 and 150 guests, a 30×40″ gives names room to breathe. Above 150, we usually recommend a larger statement piece or splitting the chart across two mirrors flanking the entrance — which also keeps guests from bottlenecking in one spot.
Your guest list grouped by table, your table naming convention (numbers, names, or a theme), your date, and any wording you want at the top. Send it however it already exists — a spreadsheet, a document, even a photo of a list. We handle the layout.

Questions
We recommend reaching out 6 to 8 weeks before your date. The engraving itself does not take that long, but final guest lists tend to change, and we would rather build in time for changes than rush the proof.
That is normal and expected. We finalize the layout from your list roughly two to three weeks before the event, so late additions and drop-outs are no problem as long as they arrive before the proof is approved.
Yes. You are buying the piece, not renting it. Many couples hang the mirror at home afterward, and some have the engraving arranged so it works as decor long after the day.
We offer pickup in Woodstock, local delivery around Atlanta and North Georgia, and nationwide shipping. Large mirrors are crated carefully for transit. Tell us your venue and date and we will confirm the best option.
Mirrors are sold as the engraved piece itself. Many venues have easels available, and we are happy to recommend sizes and stand options that suit the piece you are ordering.
