Yes. Each one is engraved with that specific guest name. They are not printed labels or a generic design with a sticker applied.
Expected, and not a problem. We finalize names roughly two to three weeks before your date, so late additions and drop-outs are fine as long as they arrive before the proof is approved.
That is exactly how most couples use them. Each guest finds their own name at their seat, which means you do not need to order place cards separately.
